Upcoming/Recent Shows
I was invited to perform at OM Yoga's birthday bash on Saturday, January 23 at 8pm. If you like yoga, wine, and improv, maybe I'll see you there ;).
Video Clips
Watch me perform the role of the abandoned mother in this show with my improv troupe, JINX, from June 2009 (I'm wearing a black sweatshirt and jeans):

Stage Experience
I performed long-form improv with Washington Improv Theater (WIT) from 2005-2009. I've performed at the Chicago Improv Festival, the Del Close Improv Marthon, the DC Comedy Fest and the North Carolina Comedy Arts Festival (formerly the Dirty South Improv Festival).
In 2009, I was one of the inaugural performers at Ignite DC, spoofing Powerpoint with a presentation called "My Dog Cosmo." My performance got rave reviews.
In 2008, I debuted my one-woman show, Brushstrokes, in conjunction with the Capital Fringe Fest.
Film Experience
Most recently, I was a cast member for DC's Neutrino Video Project in the summer of 2009, a live improvised movie which got rave reviews. Read about the project on the Washington Improv Theater website, and read sample press.
I've also performed in several short films and commercials. Films include Happy Hour and The Dinner Party with River Run Films (created for the 48 Hour Film Project in Washington, DC). Commercials include spots for Ad Week 2008 and The 2008 ADDYs, as well as a spot for Cox High-Speed Internet services in Northern Virginia.
Education
I'll be starting the Upright Citizen Brigade's improv training program in January 2009. Other recent education includes a solo performance workshop with Laura Zam and the Studio Theatre Conservatory's Principles of Realism with Nancy Paris. I've taken improv workshops with Joe Bill, Mark Sutton, Asaf Ronen and Jeff Griggs. In 2005 I completed the Washington Improv Theater curriculum (including classes in character, scene and the Harold, a long-form improv format).
